5 stars all around. Was welcomed, door held open for us as we walked into a swanky place. Really well designed. As soon as we got to the counter we were greeted with great smiles and very attentive people.
Ordered then sat down and was served at the table. (Was. It expecting that service). The lady came back and cleared off the table mind you it's not a typical resturant. I expected to order, be called up to get the food, sit down and clean up after ourselves. But had 1st class service all around. We began talking with the young lady and was pleasantly immersed in conversation. Plus the food was excellent. Everything freshly made and tasty! Absolutly would come back. -

Nagano Japanese Grill is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Tennessee.
On Mother's Day my two sons and I had amazing Hibachi Chicken plate with grilled mushrooms for less than ten dollars.
I love how every entrée are served with fried rice and sweet carrots with made from scratch shrimp sauce.
Nagano Japanese Grill chicken nuggets kids meal comes with fries and a drink for less than six dollars for kids 12 years old and under. -

Really nice place. Such friendly service, and I loved that the dishes and silverware were real, but it was a casual place and you order at the front counter. Everything we ordered was great, and generous portions. Favorites were the soba noodles, teriyaki steak, and the perfectly cooked veggies.

Great dinner. It was prepared quickly. I've never had carrots on the side of hibachi, so that was new, but they were excellent. The staff were very nice too. Highly recommend.
